Mold design and toolmaking in our Shenzhen plant. Injection molding in-house and at qualified partner factories, managed and inspected by our team.
Mold design & engineering
We review every part for manufacturability before quoting. Our engineers use UG/NX, Pro/E (Creo), SolidWorks, CATIA and AutoCAD, and run Moldflow analysis to predict filling, weld lines and warpage before steel is cut.

Mold making
Our toolroom covers every step of precision mold manufacturing, with a capacity of about 20 molds per month.

- Fitting, polishing and mold trials
Injection molding & mass production
We run the molds we build, from pilot lots to mass production. Large volumes are molded at qualified partner factories; we manage the project and inspect the parts.
- 6 Yizumi injection molding machines, 120 / 160 / 200 T (updated 2025)
- Materials: ABS, PC, PP, PA (nylon) and other engineering plastics
- Capacity: up to 500,000 molded parts per month, including partner factories
- Minimum order: typically 5,000 pcs per part
- Secondary operations: silk-screen printing, painting, ultrasonic welding and assembly through qualified subcontractors, coordinated by us
Metal parts
We also machine metal components and mold parts to drawing.
